By placing an order you agree to these terms. Wreath Delivery Korea is a storefront fulfilled by partner florists in South Korea.

Orders & payment

Prices are shown in USD and charged via PayPal. An order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide in South Korea on the date you choose, from the next day (Korea time). Accurate recipient address and (where possible) phone number are essential, especially for funeral-hall (장례식장) delivery. The driver may call the recipient to find the venue or room, and when the wreath arrives the florist sends the recipient a delivery notice by KakaoTalk or text message. If you don’t know the number, enter 010-0000-0000 and give the venue’s exact name, address and room. Flowers shown are representative; exact stems may vary by season and availability while matching the style and value.

Changes & cancellations

Because wreaths are made fresh and time-sensitive, please contact us as soon as possible for any change. To cancel, contact us right away: once the florist has made the arrangement, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Change-of-mind refunds are not possible once the arrangement is made, as fresh flowers are perishable; damaged or defective deliveries are exchanged or refunded to the original payment method. Contact us with your order number; a photo helps.
